Pocket Clip Boards


  • 1/3 yard fabric Springmaid® Meadow Sweet Scroll
  • Clip board
  • Mod Podge®
  • Sponge brush
  • Scissors
  • Ruler


  1. Cut the fabric the width of the clipboard x 18".
  2. Apply Mod Podge® to the front of the clipboard and apply the fabric with the right side facing up to the clipboard. Let the additional fabric hang off the bottom edge and allow the first coat of Mod Podge® to dry.
  3. Fold the extra fabric up to create a pocket at the bottom of the clipboard, apply Mod Podge® to the edge and bottom of the clipboard around the pocket. Allow to dry.
  4. Trim the fabric around the clipboard if needed and apply additional coat of Mod Podge® around the edge. Allow to dry overnight before use.

Reading Lanyards

(Makes 6 lanyards)


  • 1/4 yard each Springmaid® Happiness is a Choice, Deco, Geo
  • 1 package lanyard clips & rings
  • Sewing machine
  • Basic sewing supplies
  • Scissors
  • Ruler


  1. Cut fabric strips 4" x 42".
  2. Fold fabric strips in half lengthwise and press. Fold raw edges into meet the fold line and press.
  3. Top stitch at 1/8" from the edge along both sides of the fabric strips.
  4. Add a clip to the ring and thread the ring on to the strip. Stitch the ends of the strip together turn right side out, top stitch the ring in place at one end of the lanyard.
