1.Glue the end of the feather boa to the wreath form. Wrap the feather trim around the form securing every few inches with a dot of glue. Once completely covered trim off any excess and secure the end with a dot of glue.
2. Lay the wreath flat onto work surface. Cut the stems off the Feather Stems and discard them in the bottom right corner of the wreath with hot glue. Glue so that the ends are pointed towards each other.
3. Cluster the three fur pins between the feather pieces by clipping them in place.
4. Cut 9 pieces of red twine 40" long. Divide the 9 strings into 3 and braid them together. Glue the ends to secure the braid. Cut the long pieces into four pieces (12", 8", and 2 at 10").
5. Fold the braids in half and glue two 12" and 10" at the bottom end of the cluster and the other 10" braid at the other end of the cluster. Make sure to tuck the ends under the cluster when gluing in place to conceal them. Fold the 8" braid in half and glue at the top to use as a hanger.
