1. Prepare dough according to recipe directions. Press cookies onto cookie sheet using the flower disk from the press. (You will need two cookies for one pop.) Bake and cool completely on cooling grid.
2. Melt red and green Candy Melts candy according to package directions. Using disposable decorating bag and melted Candy Melts candy, pipe designs on top of half the cookies. Add sprinkles before melted candy sets. Allow to cool in refrigerator until set.
3. Prepare icing according to recipe directions. Using cut decorating bag, tip 8 and icing, fill in back of a plain cookie. Press lollipop stick into icing and then the decorated cookie on top to complete sandwich cookie.
