It leaves a blue mark on fabrics which helps you trace the exact spot of application. The color fades out as the glue dries up while any extra glue can be easily washed out with water.

Great for EPP
Have used this for years to glue my fabric to my paper templates for English paper piecing. Get consistently good results. The papers stay until I want to remove them and then pull off easily when tugged gently.
