1. Make cake ball pops. Prepare medium sized cake ball pops following recipe directions. Insert sticks so that 1/2" is exposed from top. Melt white Candy Melts candy according to package directions. Dip cake ball pops in melted white candy and place in decorating stand. Allow to cool in refrigerator 5 to 10 minutes.
2. Make snowman candy. Melt orange, red, green and light cocoa Candy Melts candy, separately, according to package directions. Use melted tinted candy in cut parchment bags to mold carrot nose, outer scarf and tassels, earmuffs, earmuff band and eyes in cookie candy mold according to package directions. Allow to cool in refrigerator 3 to 5 minutes. Use melted white candy in cut parchment bag to fill in snowman face. Allow to cool in refrigerator 5 to 10 minutes. Unmold according to mold package directions.
