- Tulip® Fashion Glitter™, Gold Fine Jewel
- Tulip® Fashion Glitter Bond™
- Pumps
- Foil or paper plate
- Scratch paper
- Sandpaper
DIRECTIONS:
For best results, please read all instructions before beginning project. Refer to photo for color and design placement.
1. If pumps are not made of fabric, use sandpaper to score entire surface of pumps so Glitter Bond™ will better adhere to surface.
2. Squeeze a puddle of Glitter Bond™ on foil or paper plate then use sponge to dab adhesive onto a small section of pump. Working over a piece of scratch paper, immediately sprinkle gold glitter over adhesive.
3. Repeat process until both pumps are covered with glitter. Pour excess glitter on scratch paper back into container for reuse. Let pumps dry completely.
