Mine broke
The "sturdy" undercarriage broke on mine after only a couple of months usage. I have requested information on getting this repaired or replaced, but have not had a response yet. Very annoying!
Very satisfied with Joann's service
Product was listed as a ship time of 2-3 weeks and I received my trolley in one week. I am happy with the construction, quality, and usefulness of this product (my machine fits with some room to spare!). I bought it on sale and feel that I got a great deal.
Measurements are not accurate!
I bought this trolley because the Joann.com website states the inside of bag dimensions are 18.5''L x 8.25''W; 14''H. THIS IS NOT ACCURATE! There is a steel metal frame you have to assemble and insert into the bag upon arrival. This restricts the opening to less than 18.5 x 8.25. As such, my machine won't fit. AND, you can't return items to Joann's stores, so now I have to ship this bulky thing back!!! ARGH!!!
Hemline Trolley
I am happy with this trolley except for one thing. When you lift the top it is supposed to attach to the handle. The directions do not tell you how this is supposed to work so either mine is missing something or I can't figure it out. Therefore, the top gets in the way when trying to put the machine in. I ordered from Joanns online and did not want to hassle with sending it back.
