Description

SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
•    New Clam Shell Mint (for cupcake)
•    New Clam Shell Papaya; Plums (for ice cream cones)
•    4x6 blank white greeting card
•    White cardstock 
•    Assorted scrapbook paper
•    Pencil
•    Ruler
•    Paper trimmer or scissors
•    1/2” Ribbon
•    Foam squares 
•    Hole punch
•    Glue
•    Scissors
•    Sewing machine (optional)
•    Computer,  printer and optional internet service
•    Markers

DIRECTIONS:
Birthday Invitation: 
1.    Measure and cut scrapbook paper to the size of the white card.  Adhere with glue.
2.    Measure and cut 3-1/2”x3-1/2” white card stock for background.  Option - run marker along the edges to add some color.  Adhere square to card.
3.    Using the computer print “Birthday Party”, cut out and adhere under the white square.  Embellish with ribbon sewn or glued on.
4.    To create the cupcake trace and cut from scrapbook paper the cupcake wrapper, adhere to card stock.  Option: add foam squares for dimension.  
5.    Glue buttons on to form the icing (refer to photo).

Scoop Invitation:  
1.    Measure and cut scrapbook paper to the size of the white card.  Adhere with glue.
2.    Measure and cut 3”x5” white card stock for background.  Punch hole at top of cardstock, adhere self-adhesive reinforcement to the card (refer to photo for placement), add ribbon and glue in place. 
3.    On computer search and print an ice cream cone design or create your own.  Adhere to card stock.  
4.    Glue buttons on to form the scoop of ice cream (refer to photo).
5.    Using the computer print “here’s the SCOOP”, cut out and adhere to shaped scrapbook paper.  Adhere the banner to the card.
6.    Option: add foam squares for dimension.
