Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pink hat I just made this hat for my grand daughter. As I was knitting it I thought it may be small on her head. I measured her head before making it. Haven't had a chance to try it on. It stretches some though. Cute hat. I would make this pattern again but add a few more stitches though.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sizing I made the largest size and it came out as a child sized hat. I worked with numbers and came out with 88 stitches for a woman’s size. For a man, I would add 4 to 8 stitches. I work a 2/2 rib to make a comfortable wearing hat. A sample was required for me to determine how many stitches for larger sizes after I read the review by another knitter. This hat camp out very nicely.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Can't figure out size I have made 2 of these, with 2 different sizes of yarn. The first was WAY too big. This could have been my fault because I tried to use a chunkier yarn. The second, I went with a yarn the same weight/size as the pattern is written. The adult size was way too small. I wish there was more guidance on the sizes. I really wanted to give these hats as gifts.
