DIRECTIONS:
- Ornaments measure: 4" x 4" [10 cm x 10 cm] round.
- Wrap the yarn (A) or (B) around the Styrofoam® ball making sure there are no gaps creating a solid covering. Every few wraps, tighten and twist the yarn to prevent the yarn from slipping off the ball.
- Continue in this manner until the entire Styrofoam® ball is covered. Cut yarn and tuck the end under the wrapped yarn. Glue in place with a small drop of glue.
- With (A) and (B) cut a 16" [41 cm] piece of yarn. Fold yarn in half and tie a knot 1¼" [3 cm] from the top loop. Thread the yarn ends through the 3 red buttons (A,) and the 3 white buttons (B). Tie a knot at the bottom of the 3 buttons. Attach the two stands of yarn under the buttons to the wrapped ornament by weaving the strands in and out at the top of the ornament and tie a secure knot under the buttons. Weave in loose ends and secure in place with a small drop of glue under the buttons.
- Insert double-pointed knitting needles in the strands of yarn on the front of the ornament. Slip wooden beads over ends of needles.
- Insert crochet hook in the strands of yarn on the front of the ornament.
