- Favorite white cake recipe or mix
- Food-safe scissors
1. Make cupcakes. Prepare cake batter following recipe directions. Add Wilton Colorburst batter bits to batter following package directions. Bake and cool completely on cooling grid.
2. Decorate cupcakes. Tint icing pink. Use tip 12 and cut disposable decorating bag from to pipe swirls of icing on top of cupcakes. Add confetti sprinkles to top of cupcakes.
