Rated 3 out of 5 by from Enjoyed it but fabric is poor I have done machine embroidery but wanted to also do hand work. I wanted to relax and watch it come alive as I hand sewed. I bought this particular piece since my guest room is in roses very similar to this design. I have done one of the pillowcases but the fabric is so thin that I don't think it can be used as actual pillowcases. That was disappointing. You can see any stray threads and knots that are behind the fabric. I decided to make a smaller pillow case from it instead half the size of the pillowcase where I could double the fabric. I added a zipper so I can remove it and wash it as needed. I will do something similar with the other case.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Roses! These pillow cases were lovely! I did one rose in pink and the other in yellow and they were really beautiful. The only thing that I did not like was that they did not orient the roses so that when on the bed, they were both upright - one was upside down..... Otherwise - no complaints.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bold Statement Have made two sets of this pattern. It is a hem stitch and works up fairly quickly when using just two colors. The finished product is very bold and striking. It is lovely. I have done this with pink roses, as well as red. Am buying two more to make up for gifts!
