Best Ever!
I have to use this for practically every pair of jeans I buy for myself since I am 4' 11" so I can tell you this is the best & easiest tool to use to save you from the headache of broken needles when hemming jeans or other bulky fabric. I’m pretty sure this is the way I do it. Right before the other seam, stop & leave the needle in the fabric, raise the presser foot, then place the Jean-A-Ma-Jig under the presser foot with the needle in the empty "U" shape of the Jean-A-Ma-Jig, lower the presser foot & resume sewing slowly. The Jean-A-Ma-Jig will come out from underneath the presser foot as the fabric does and no broken needles or bunched thread.

this is the best tool to have around for anyone who sews jeans or wants to ever hem a pair of jeans with a sewing machine. i love it it works perfectly and i would be lost without it!

This is the most wonderful product!
I have been sewing for the past 14 years and have used this product since I purchased it after breaking several sewing machine needles trying to hem my husbands jeans. I have the original Jean-a-ma-jig that I purchased at JoAnns' in Tampa Florida. There have been few products that I would endorse so strongly and this is one of the few and the BEST!

Love it for jeans
I'm 5 feet 2. My mom is 4 feet9. I therefore cut off a lot of pant leggs.This woks GREAT for jeans. It makes sewing over those big side seams a breese
