Not my favorite mohair

NY Misty is softer with more intense color, Paton's Divine is softer and a better price, Lion Brand Midnight Mohair is more glittery, less scratchy and richer colors. This is a nice enough glittery mohair blend, but to me not irresistible when I have these other choices.

Lovin it

I love this yarn. I made a nice cloche/beenie type hat. Be careful when you wash it though because the fuzzy mohair strands can get twisted togwther. just let it sit in soapy water(cold) for a few and try not to agitate it. Just push it up and down in the water, and rinse, roll out in a towel. I would love to see a pic of the jacket that was made. I like the rubelite color.

great product

I made a jacket from amethyst color, showed it to a friend and she wanted to buy it. We settled on quite a high price and she is very happy with it! I bought enough for more jackets in rebelite and turquoise (website doesn't offer this color).

My 'Wish List' Yarn!

The most exquisite mohair ever! Gleam is easy to knit and so beautiful, I've already bought it in 3 colors. I plan to buy the amethyst next. I've used it as trim for a poncho & for 2 incredible scarves. I can't wait for this yarn to go on sale--it¿s definitely on my wish list!
