Iron the cork

Hi, just read your post and what I did when I got my cork is to iron it and it straightened out. But that depends on the thickness also. This is less than less. I use it to make coasters as shown on the martha stewart show and it worked fine when I ironed it; but it does tear easily so be very careful with it. These crafter big-wigs come up with all these fab. ideas and don't give us an outlet to buy what they are using. There's a big hole in that arena and it needs to be filled. We need to know where to find the products you use when you show a project. Thanks Linda

Made in Portugal!

Packaged in China, but at least it was made in Portugal like it should be. Comes rolled up & thicker than I thought it would be. I saw an idea to use cork in a die cutter, but I think it is too thick. Probably work better for a coaster or trivet if I can straighten it out.
