Disappointing

This is the first Fiskars punch I've ever purchased but have bought their scissors for years and always been happy. Having bought a number of Martha Stewart punches, I didn' think that a Fiskars would be any different. Was I ever wrong. I had to stand up and put my entire weight to make it punch through very lightweight cardstock. Also part of the embossing did not work between the punched fleurs when you moved the punch to punch a series of fleurs. I was very disappointed and will never buy another Fiskars punch. I would return it but the packaging was destroyed trying to open it and it would cost shipping just to try to send it back. Since it is no longer in its original packaging I am concerned that they would not refund my money.
