Bleed and Pill

I've always had great luck with JoAnn products so I purchased the red in this flannel online. I washed it first as I was using it in a baby blanket. Unfortunately, the fabric bled badly so I washed it again. Both times Iused the Shout color catcher. Same thing happened the second time and the fabric began to pill. Even though the price was great, I can't use it due to the poor quality. This may only happen with the darker colors. I bought another red flannel (6290251) and am washing it now. I'll see if it does the same thing.
