Used Fabric
When I received the fabric, it had already been sewed along one side. It looked like I had received used fabric but I was not offered a discount for that fact. It was kind of tacky. Now I have to remove someone else's stitches before I can start my project. I expect better quality and service from Joann.com.

will not buy again
i have made tie blankets with this type of material before and i have had no problems. i bought this fabric to make a tie blanket for my daughter and it was great till i would go to tie it and the strips would just rip right off. the solid fabric i used was fine. they used very poor quality fabric for this
