I, too, have had issues with several machines. Finally decided to call Provocraft and they agreed to warranty it and send me a new one. Yesterday had issues with that one, but called again and was able to follow the RESET process and it's working fine now. Service has been good. Agree, these Limited Editions may have a glitch, but if that's the case, I wish Provocraft would just be upfront about it. Very frustrating to be working on a project and have it do something strange! But not ready to give up on it, since I love what it can do to make my scrapbooking projects more exciting!

Great Product
This is my very first Cricut. I love it! I shouldn't have waited so long to get it. I have had it every since December 2012 and haven't had a problem with the blade, as some have written. I got the product at awesome price of $79.99 and free shipping. You can't beat that!!!! I love the color and the size of this machine, I have it on my desktop in my craft room for easy use. I have been able to cut all kind of vinyl and it has been awesome!! The only con that I have about the product is that it only cut 6X12 so doing big projects could be a hassal, but you learn to live with it when you purchase the item at a great price!!

Great Product
This is my first Cricut. I love it! I shouldn't have waited so long to get it. I have had it for two months and haven't had a problem with the blade, as some have written. Love the color and the size of this machine, I can keep it on my desktop for easy use. The "Craft Room" on cricut's website is helpful too.

good deal-buy a new needle
I did as others have suggested and bought a new needle right off the bat. You also have to be sure to adjust the pressure on the needle, not just from the two dials on the outside of the machine. If you unscrew the big silver screw near the needle, the arm will come away and that's where you replace the needle. Notcice that there is a number dial and you can change the pressure there-very important! Mine wouldn't cut through paper before.

You get what you pay for sometimes
I saw mine on clearance for $89 and the cashier said the only difference was it was pink. I got it home and I had never had one before because of the price. It didn't cut through the thin paper and it would only cut as big as 6x12. Very limited. Thinking of returning and getting a bigger one so I can do bigger projects like vinyl, stencils, etc.

Not Quality Machine
I had one, it broke in 3 weeks, returned it for another one and used it for 3 hours and the screen went black, had to return that one to..............really like the size and color but very frustrating to be in the middle of something and have your machine quit. The limited edition mayhave a glitch

Doesn't work.
I bought it last december. It doesn't cut through the paper. I change the blade the pressure and the speed, and it still isn't not working. Any suggestion?

Cricut Personal Cutter
This is a really good machine for someone that only wants to cut paper die cuts. Straight forward directions & easy to use. Be prepared to buy a new needle right off the bat. The one they give you get with the machine does not cut very well at all. I thought my machine might be defective, but as soon as I changed the needle everything cut fine.
