Great Product
I bought this to use for putting eyelets/grommets into fabric. It is a huge time saver. No more banging of hammers or worrying about messing up the fabric. It goes through two layers or fleece and flannel without a problem. Now I need the larger one so I can use larger eyelets/grommets.

Does not work on all snaps!
I bought it mainly for snaps and cannot figure out which ones it will work for. I am extremely frustrated with this product.

holy cow this thing is the best!!!!!
I just got mine in the mail today and I tried it out. I love it. my 4 yr. old son saw me doing it and asked if he could try , I punched the hole and then let him do the eyelet. He thought that was so cool. sooooooooooo easy to use. i love it. ( costco has it cheaper and free shiping.)

the best eyelet setter
I've just used this eyelet setter and I couldnt resist buying one. Is THE BEST one Ive ever seen. I have the silent setter from PC and you need a lot of strenght to set the eyelet, Ive also used the instant setter from MM and its you cannot get the job done every time. But with the crop a dile, man.... its so easy and you make nop effort at all, it really does all the work for you , and its silent too. Besides Joann very frequently has it on sale, please do not hesitate to pay a little extra if youre trying to decide which setter to buy.

EYELET?
As a newcomer to card maker, I didn't know what I was buying and purchased my tools based on the reviews. Like everybody else, I was happy at first until I used it for eyelets!! When I read the instruction, it looks like this is only useable for 3/18 and 1/18 and not for 1/16!! Needless to say, now I should buy another setter.

Too much hype
I admit it, I bought this because I'm a scrapper, cardmaker and EVERYONE had one. I am not impressed. It is great for making hole punches, but for eyelets? It's hit or miss. I have messed up more than one card becuase the eyelet came out "smashed." And not because I did it wrong - the first 2, perfect, the 3rd -you guessed it, smashed. Many projectss were ruined :( Maybe mine is defective, who knows! I'm glad I bought in on sale, and w/ a coupon! I fell for it, and regret it. I use it now for other things, like adding a new notch to belts or my puppies collar :)
