These hooks aren't pointed like the other popular brand, and they last forever! I've yet to wear one out (or break it, like I did the plastic ones).

I love Susan Bates crochet hooks. They are very comfortable, never split the yarn, and are very durable. I recommend them over Wright's hooks, because of the hook "profile". Definitely a great buy.
