Superweight Stitch Witchery from Dritz worked well when I used the leg of an old pair of jeans to make a purse handle. It did not, however, work well on cotton webbing that I was trying to bond a grosgrain ribbon to. It sort of stuck but then just came off and that was after carefully following instructions. It may work for you but that depends on what you are using it on.
