I've always wanted to work with this material and i was very happy with this fabric. It's heavy and has a soft dull sheen. I made a simple circle skirt and this material was so heavy it gave the skirt a very nice fluffy flair at the bottum.

Blue radiance

I purchased 10 yds of the blue radiance for my niece's prom dress and it is beautiful. The color is great and for the price you can't beat it. It's easy to work with and has minimal fray. I love it!!

I've used casa satin for everything from corsets to ball gowns to historical reenactment costumes, even bridesmaid's dresses. I'm not a big fan of Satin in general, it's usually too flimsy and shiny and just looks tacky, but casa satin has a beautiful weight and dull sheen similar to duchess or bridal satin, but not as expensive. It holds up well, sews easily, can be pleated or gathered without being too bulky but is still thick enough to look well made when the garment is complete. I does fray easily so if you use it, make sure you take care with fray check or something similar. Other than that, it's wonderful!

I used this for a costume which was basically a Christmas ball gown and it was amazing. I probably used over 20 yards of the ivory color. It works great with gathering, the quality is amazing, it photographs wonderfully and it works really well when making corsets. It's just gorgeous for dresses. :D

I've been using this for about 5 years. I used it for a Christmas ball gown and my prom dress. It has a nice weight and isn't obnoxiously shiny. This is a good choice if you want to make elegant costumes as well. Furthermore, it's easy to care for - toss it in the washer! Certainly there are better satins out there but for the price, it's a great deal.

I liked this fabric, and I used it for a shirt, but it frayed really easily, and it was a pain to have to keep cutting off the frayed edges all the time

This fabric is almost a perfect duplicate to some silk satins. Although quality leaves a little to be desired, overall it is just great. It hangs well and is just beautiful made up. Sale prices are definitely worth the purchase.
