Free Shipping Club members get free standard shipping on all orders of $10 or more through December 31, 2008.

Club members also receive exclusive promotions, discounts, and early access to Sneak Preview Sales! Best of all, members can Double-dip with coupons: use a promotion code with your order for additional discounts and still get free shipping!

How to Qualify

  • No signup required.

  • Place 3 online orders between January 1, 2008 and December 22, 2008.

  • Each order must total at least $35 (before delivery costs & tax, and after discounts -- free gifts and purchases of Gift Cards do not count toward qualification).

  • Use the same e-mail address in each order (so we know it's you!)

  • Once your 3rd order has shipped, we'll e-mail you confirmation that you're a member.

  • All 3 orders must ship a minimum value of $35 after discounts and before shipping and tax.

How to Redeem

  • You'll know you're a member once you receive a confirmation e-mail from Joann.com.

  • Remember, each time you visit Joann.com, be sure to sign in, so we can recognize you as a Free Shipping Club Member!

  • If you have not registered, your confirmation e-mail will include a link to our registration page.

  • Once you complete your registration, you can start shopping with free shipping on your $10+ orders!


FAQs

Q: Can I use a promotion code at the same time I'm receiving free shipping through the Free Shipping Club?
A: Yes. Just enter the promotion code in your shopping cart, and it will apply to your order.

Q: Do I need to sign up to qualify for the Club?
A: No. All you need to do is make 3 purchases of $35 or more (using the same e-mail address) between January 1, 2008 December 22, 2008 ($35 is before delivery costs & tax, and after discounts -- free gifts and Gift Card purchases do not count toward qualification.) Once you have qualified, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.

Q: What if I change my e-mail address before I've qualified?
A: We use your e-mail address to track the number of orders you place at Joann.com while you qualify for the Free Shipping Club. If you change your e-mail address before you have qualified, please e-mail our Customer Care department to alert them of the change.

Q: What if I don't have an e-mail address?
A: If you normally place your order over the phone (through our Customer Care department), they will tell you when you have qualified for the Free Shipping Club.

Q: I think that I should have qualified by now, but I haven't received a confirmation e-mail.
A: Remember, you need to place 3 orders between January 1, 2008 December 22, 2008 to qualify. Orders placed before January 1, 2008 do not count toward to total required. All 3 orders must ship a minimum value of $35 after discounts and before shipping and tax. If you have recently received your 3rd order, it may take several days for us to process your membership.

Q: Do my in-store purchases qualify for the club?
A: No, the Free Shipping Club is limited to online purchases from Joann.com (not including JoannArt.com, JoannDesigns.com, or any other partner store).

Q: Once I am a member, is there a minimum order size for me to receive free shipping?
A: Yes. There is a minimum order size of $10 (after discounts, before delivery costs and tax) to get free shipping. If your order is less than $10, you will be charged for shipping. However, there is no limit to the number of $10+ orders you can place throughout the year!

Q: How long will I get free shipping once I am a member of the Free Shipping Club?
A: All Free Shipping Club members will receive free standard shipping on all $10+ orders placed through December 31, 2008.

Q: What if I change my e-mail address after I am a member of the Free Shipping Club?
A: No problem! Just remember to sign in whenever you visit Joann.com, and your free standard shipping will be automatically granted.

Q: What if I forget my username and/or password?
A: Please contact our Customer Care representatives and they can provide you with your sign-in information.

Q: Why isn't the shipping on my order showing up as free?
A: Here are a few possibilities:
  • Make sure you have received an e-mail confirming your membership in the Free Shipping Club.

  • Make sure you have registered, and have signed in before shopping.

  • If you have multiple accounts with Joann.com, make sure that you are signed into the account you used when you qualified.

  • If you aren't sure which account to use, please contact our Customer Care representatives for assistance.

Q: This sounds too good to be true...what's the catch?
A: Okay, you got us; here's the fine print:
  • No adjustments will be made to prior sales.

  • Free shipping may not be redeemed for cash.

  • Please note that Free Shipping applies only to orders placed on the Joann.com website, but will not apply to returns or exchanges.

  • Void where prohibited by law.

  • Joann.com may modify or terminate this program at any time and may do so immediately without notice or cause.

  • Joann.com may refuse to extend free shipping to customers who are found to be abusing the program (abuse includes, but is not limited to, coupon/promotion code abuse, incidents where a member enables individuals not in the member's household to make purchases on Joann.com with the member's free shipping benefits, or incidents where a customer returns all or a significant portion of 1 or more of their qualifying orders).
