Papason Chairs The SmartSpace™ Papason Chairs, were sold June through September 2008, without a warning label instructing consumers to lock the chair's legs before sitting on the chair. This poses a fall hazard to consumers. Consumers should immediately stop using the chairs until a warning label, instructing consumers to engage the legs in the locked position before use, has been obtained from Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores. Best Value Park Bench The Best Value Park Bench, sold January through March 2008, is being recalled by Jo-Ann Stores, Inc. because it can become unstable and break, posing a fall hazard to consumers. Consumers should immediately stop using the Park Bench and return it to any Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Store for a full refund.
