Eligibility
Sweepstakes is offered only in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia ("United States") and is open to legal US residents 18 years or older. Employees, officers, and directors of Joann.com, its affiliates, parents, or subsidiaries, web site contractors or service, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family or household members of such individuals are not eligible.
How To Enter
Sweepstakes begins 12:01 a.m. (PT) November 23, 2007 and ends 11:59 p.m. (PT) on December 1, 2007. To enter, visit the Joann.com Web site at http://www.joann.com, follow links to the Sweepstakes, read the Official Rules, and complete and submit the entry form as directed by 11:59 (PT) on December 1, 2007. Or mail a postcard with entrant's name, mailing address and e-mail address to the Sponsor address below. All postcards must be received by December 1, 2007.
By entering the sweepstakes, entrants acknowledge that they would like to receive information on promotions, giveaways and new products and services from Joann.com.
In the event of a dispute, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Joann.com, its agents and representatives are not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operations or transmission; theft or destruction or unauthorized access or alterations of entry materials, computer transmissions, or for technical telephone equipment, electronic, hardware or software, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions of any kind; or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive entry information by Joann.com on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site; or damage to user's system as a result of participation, or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes; or any combination thereof. All entries become the property of Joann.com.
Winner Selection
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Joann.com on or around December 5, 2007 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by e-mail and must reply within three days to provide their name and address. Grand Prize winner will be required to complete, sign and return within a time to be specified an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, except where prohibited, a Publicity Release. Other winners may be required to complete, sign and timely return a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability Release and, except where prohibited, a Publicity Release. Failure to return any document within the time specified or the return of any prize notification as undeliverable may cause prize to be forfeited and awarded to an alternate. If Grand Prize winner is not of the age of majority in state of residence, Joann.com reserves right in its sole discretion to award prize in name of parent or legal guardian or to have required documents signed by parent or legal guardian.
Prize

All federal, state or local taxes and expenses not specified relating to the acceptance and use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. No prize transfer. No cash or other substitution for a prize except by Joann.com in its sole discretion.
General Conditions
By participating in Sweepstakes, entrants agree (a) to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of Joann.com which shall be final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes; (b) that Joann.com, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, consultants, employees and representatives are not responsible for any condition caused by events beyond their control that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted or; or any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes or any late, lost, misdirected, illegible or postage due mail or express mail; (c) to release and hold Joann.com and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of Joann.com, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion, agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes, or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy; and (d) if a prize winner to the posting of their name on the winners' list on Joann.com and to the use of their name, likeness and persona for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation, and upon request to provide written consent to such use Joann.com reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel sweepstakes if it become technically corrupted or because of non-authorized human intervention, and in such event to select winners from all eligible entries received prior to cancellation of the sweepstakes, which cancellation shall be posted at www.joann.com. Winners List
The names of the winners will be posted on the Joann.com Web site http://www.joann.com and may also be obtained by mailing a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Joann.com Sweepstakes Winners List, 840 Apollo Street, Suite 241, El Segundo, CA 90245 on or around December 12, 2007.
