You can use this ruler to cut 12 inches of fringe at a time and in 0.25-inch, 0.5-inch and 1-inch increments. It works best with a rotary cutter and the June Tailor rotary cutting mat. This slotted ruler will also be ideal to cut curly fringes with fleece fabric.
