Not what it used to be!
I don't know if Joann has changed manufacturers for what, but the last two times I've bought this fabric I've been greatly disappointed. I've found white spots throughout, lines, and snags all over. I've pointed it out tothe employees at the cutting counter, but not sure if they reported it to anyone or not. I use a lot of fabric like this, but I will be investing in Michael Miller instead of this.
