I love this yarn and find it soft enough for blankets. Wish the cones came in more colors.
I love this yarn because of its convenient size. It comes in 200yds and makes it highly portable to take with me on-the-go. Sometimes I like to start small projects to keep myself occupied to calm my nerves. Pot holders are great while sitting in hospital waiting rooms. Make bath-mitts with the scented yarn. Can crochet a nice texture weave and feels great against the skin. You would be surprised how long the scents last. I highly recommend and I knit as well as crochet.
you cannot find another cotton yarn this high quality, with fab colors, for that low price. got mine on sale so it was a doubly good deal.
I found the scented yarn in your store in Cranberry, PA I hope it will soon be in Florida
I'm using this yarn to make toys for my birds. It crochets nicely into a tight product. Perfect for birds. Feels great, lays great and a pleasure to work with. I wish that there was a greater variety of colors in the large skeins. Buying all these little ones is annoying because of the addition of thread to one product. Also, the way that the yarn comes off the skein is a bit messy. All in all though, totally worth it.
they have put out a scented version of this type of yarn. I have yet to find it in a yarn store so you might have to buy it online. The maker of the yarn has included on their website a few free patterns you can use this type of yarn (the scented kind) for.
Pros: This yarn is one of the few I've used that never splits, so that was nice. Cons: In terms of texture, this was the exact opposite of soft. This may be excellent for potholders, etc., but for blankets and clothing, it's much too hard and rough in texture.
I have used tons of this yarn to make dishcloths and pot holders and hot pads. Rven a few baby blankets. I love it, but it will fade some in time. For the people that would like to make blankets it can be purchased in a cone size. Much more yarn and more economical !!!!
