  • Knitting Needles: US 8
  • Tape measure
  • Scissors

GAUGE
24 sts = 4"; 24 rows = 4" in K2, p2 rib, Unstretched. CHECK GAUGE. Use any size needles to obtain the gauge.

One size fits most
Wristers measure: 8" long, 7" around

DIRECTIONS:

RIGHT WRISTER
Cast on 36 sts.
Join to work in the round being careful not to twist. Knit 1 row. Place marker.
Row 1 (Right Side): [k2, p2] around.
Repeat Row 1 until piece measures 2" from beginning.
Thumbhole Row: Working in pattern as established, work 23 sts, bind off 2 sts, work to end of row.
Next Row: Work to bind-off sts of previous row, cast on 2 sts, work to end of row.
Continue to repeat Row 1 around until piece measures 8" from beginning.
Bind-Off Row: K2, *slip both sts on right-hand needle back to left-hand needle and k2tog through back loops, k1; repeat from * to end of row.
Fasten off.

LEFT WRISTER
Work as for Right Wrister to Thumbhole Row.
Thumbhole Row (Right Side): Working in pattern as established, work 14 sts, bind off 2 sts, work to end of row.
Next Row (Wrong Side): Work to bind-off sts of previous row, cast on 2 sts, work to end of row.
Continue to work as for Right Wrister.

FINISHING
Weave in ends.?
