The colors are beautiful, however, you need to put a base color under it first.
I purchased this paint because it supported being able to go on multi surfaces including fabric. I purchased a stencil and Martha's stencil brushes also. I used the stencil on a white Tee Shirt and applied one coat of the glitter paint let it dry for one hour and then applied another coat. Removed the stencil and let the shirt dry over night. I then applied from the craft supplies several hot fix4m gold rhinestones enhancing the look. I am very pleased with the outcome and plan on using the silver on a black Tee Shirt with a different stencil. This was fun to do and look forward to using more of Martha's paints.
I bought this paint in "Cherry Cola" which is supposed to be a bright pinkish red. When I painted a wooden picture frame with it, it was milky gray. I tried it on some thick cardstock thinking that maybe the wood was just porous and absorbing the paint, but even on the paper it was completely lacking color. When you squirt it out it's bright and vibrant, but as soon as you spread the paint over a surface it completely dilutes. So glad it was on sale when I bought it, because it was a complete waste of money.
