Rated 1 out of 5 by Disappointed from Review for sand dollar/starfish punch JoAnn's didn't let me write a review for this punch because their website detected my IP address and they know I returned this item because it has a default, so I came to another MS punch, clicked on review, and no problems there, so here goes. The sand dollar punch does not punch through the entire design. Two little tabs are left uncut which you have to nudge out of the punch and then file down or trim off - totally unacceptable to me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MissyK86 from Exactly what I was looking for! Bought this to use for decorating my sister's baby shower a few weeks ago. Made cupcake toppers and confetti, which she reused as crafts/art in the baby's room.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Laurie from Pain to use Just got this punch. makes cute elephants but they are very small. The biggest issue I have with this punch is you need a LOT of strength to get it to punch and when you do punch, the piece doesn't fall out. You have to SHAKE IT loose or even put another piece of paper into it to get the piece out or blow in the punch to loosen it! I have to make 200 of these little elephants and it's a nightmare. This is second MS punch I bought with similar issues. Never again. I'll probably throw it out once I'm done with this project.

Rated 1 out of 5 by michele from martha stewart elephant punch Three years ago I wasn't into scrapbooking as I am now, but I bought the MS elephant punch to see how her products worked. I tried it out a few times and yes it was really cute. But not big enough to suit me. As it's only about an inch big, very tiny on page. Anyway I guess 'punched' it maybe 25 times. That's it. Put it away because I didn't have a use for it. Now 2013, Im making a scrapbook for my newest great grand child and lo and behold I go to use it and it does not work! It barely punches the paper and definitely does not punch it completely out. I tried in vain, to search the many MS sites but got tired of searching for a ms cust service to try and get my money back or a replacement. I now it's a long time since I bot the punch but since I have not used it,I thought I should at least get a replacement. Im not downing MS, as I think she puts out great products and quality products! Serious. They are very nice and worth the extra money. But in this instance, the elephant punch was a dud. Not of my use, which was almost nil, but I think the punch itself was faulty. Now my problem is, do I throw it in the trash and put my money in the learned my lesson file? or try buying it again? I fear Joanns will not replace the punch after 3yrs. I guess I'll count it as a loss?
