Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE IT So I read terrible reviews on this little circle cutter but I needed something badly for my class because hole punches weren't what I wanted. I gave in and bought it and it's better than I expected! I honestly love this little thing so much. It can be a little hard to use only because of what you're cutting surface is. I found that thick cardboard is the best to cut on and you just need to secure the paper down because it might slip a little bit. And getting the guard off the blade is really easy because you put it on the handle and slide it right out. Super easy to understand and use! I really do recommend this!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Martha Stewart Circle Cutter Another outstanding product! I recommend a glass cutting mat though-broke a blade on my plastic one. Also you need to take X-tra care! The blades are extremely sharp! You have to also not be in a hurry to cut circles (or change the blades)--the blade must be nestled into the hole of the cutter; if it's not, then you will not cut the circle well. When you change the blades, you need to pull up thru the opening and not just straight out--if you don't do this correctly, you will get cut--keep this WELL out of reach of babies and small children!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Works for thin paper, not for thicker ones. While this works for printer paper and other thin papers, anything heavier such as inkjet photo paper or cardstock will be a struggle. I could not get the clear wheel to turn even though my blade is nested completely in the hole. A better investment would be the circle cutters with the arms such as the other model Martha Stewart offers (large circle cutter) or the one by Fiskars.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from carpal tunnel users..... I bought this thinking it would be easy on my carpal tunnel bc of the larger grip but I was wrong. The slider rubs too much when I tried to rotate the tool to cut causing me to need to use extra force and a tighter grip. Thinner papers tore easily. I think if the disc rotated on ball bearings it would work much nicer instead of plastic rubbing on plastic.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth the effort I received this cutter as a Christmas present. It was difficult to take the guard off the blade and near impossible to cut a circle. My attempts usually ended with the paper (from cardstock to printer paper) either scored but not cut through OR shredded. It was super frustrating. As a bonus, the "lid" portion would not screw shut completely but instead popped off when I tried to tighten it. This, and the persnickety lid, led to a sliced finger--which apparently is the only thing this cutter cuts easily.

Rated 0 out of 5 by from Save your Money Piece of junk; I've tried every cutting surface and yes, the blade was inserted fully into the cutter. I've tried slow, fast, heavy pressure, light pressure, forget. Keep your punches ladies or use your Silhouette Cameo!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not easy to use I have years of graphic experience with cutting tools and this product I found to be difficult to use and to achieve a clean cut. It appears this tool never went through a test stage before market.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stinks!!! I bought this and it stinks! You have to put way too much pressure down while trying to hold it in place to cut. The circle NEVER came together; the beginning of the cut never lined up with the end of the cut. One of the worst scrapbooking tools I have ever bought. And I LOVE Martha Stewart products. Disappointed!
