Martha Stewart Crafts Deep Edge Punch Embroidery is rated 3.75 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from how to keep a punch from sticking I have found that the way to sharpen a punch is to punch tin foil. If that isn't the issue try punching wax paper. I hope these ideas work for you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Punch Sticks When I buy a new punch and it seems to stick I punch wax paper in it to coat the blades with the wax. It makes the punch work smooth and easy. For sharpening a punch I use foil. Lots of videos on YouTube.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from VERY LACY I AGREE WITH THE OTHER COMMENTATOR IT NEEDS TO BE SHARPENED. BUT IT IS BEAUTIFUL. PATTERN SIZE 1.25 IN X 1.25. I'M USING FOR CARDS AND A BORDER IN SOME DRAWINGS. WOULD BE GREAT FOR PLACEMATES.
