SUPPLIES & TOOLS:
DCWV cardstock: Lemon Flower Stack, Tattered Time Stack
DCWV New Years Eve Banner template
Purple foil cardstock
Purple sparkly ribbon
Silver mesh ribbon
Black tulle
Black feathers with silver accents

Alphabet templates for lettering, optional
DIRECTIONS:
1. Print and cut out the pieces from the New Years Eve Banner template.
2. Select 3 coordinating prints from the DCWV Tattered Time Stack and 5 from the Lemon Flower Stack. Trace
and cut a total of 9 pennants from the Lemon Flower prints and 5 from the Tattered Time prints. Lay these out in
the desired order for hanging.
3. Trace and cut 9 pennant edges from the Lemon Flower prints. Adhere these to the tips of 9 pennants in desired
order. Trace and cut 2 pennant edges from the Tattered Time prints. Adhere these to 2 pennants, leaving 1 without
a pennant tip on the bottom.
4. Punch 2 holes in the top of each pennant, one in each of the top corners.
5. Take out 2 of the silver prints from the Lemon Flower stack. Trace and cut 3 half circles from one and 2 from the
newearsveartyet
other. Lay these in alternating order across the top of pennants, ensuring that the middle of the 2 outside pieces
line up with the middle of the 2 outside pennants, and laying the rest across accordingly.
6. Punch 2 holes along the straight side of the half circles that match up with the pennant behind them.
7. Thread the pennant together using black tulle, leaving the ends of the tulle long enough to attach to desired
location.
8. Trace the small banner pieces onto a piece of Tattered Time cardstock; cut out. Using the image as a reference,
adhere the banner edges to the main banner piece. Cut out appy New Year from the purple foil cardstock and
adhere to the center of the banner. Attach the small banner to the center of the larger banner. Embellish with

1. Remove the glass and mat from the frame. Set the glass aside.

2. Cover the outside of the mat with a favorite Tattered Time print. Trim around the outside and inside to remove the

excess. Cut out icons from the Tattered Time print and adhere these to the corner of the mat. Trim the excess off

the sides. Reinsert the mat into the frame with the print facing out.

3. Choose a lighter print from the Tattered Time Stack; cut this down to size and put this in behind the mat. Reinsert

4. Turning the frame over, embellish the front by punching out several stars from the Lemon Flower Stack and
Tattered Time Stack and attach them with foam squares into one corner. Write the word esolutions to the top

use Lemon Flower prints for EW YEARS eve and the purple foil cardstock for the appy. Then, cut out a
appy NEW YEARS eve silhouette again, this time slightly larger with a neutral print (i.e., yellow-based print
from the The Performance Stack). Mount the smaller silhouette on top.
5. Cut a shadow to put behind the appy NEW YEARS saying, just slightly larger than the current shape from the
purple foil cardstock. Cut one more silhouette with a Lemon Flower print and adhere these all together so that
appy NEW YEARS is now made of 2 shadows and 2 silhouettes.
6. Before adhering the decoration on the top, cut out clock pieces from Tattered Time Stack and assorted sizes of
stars from the purple foil sheets and Lemon Flower Stack. Adhere the stars, clock images and words to the top of
the box as desired with hot glue. Embellish with feathers.

DIRECTIONS:
1. Print and cut out DCWV New Years Eve Wine Glass Tags template
2. Trace these onto desired prints for as many times as needed to create a name tag for each guest. Tip: use Tattered
Time Stack for the men and Lemon Flower Stack for the women. Cut these out.
3. Attach each pennant around the stem of the glass, adhering the insides together.
4. Print out the name of each guest and attach it to the respective pennant.
5. Embellish with stars and ribbon.
