Works for awhile
These rotary tools were an eye-opener for me, an amateur quilter. The blades make the piecing process so much faster, but they didn't take long before they started to dull. You'll know when this happens because it will take two or three rolling cuts to get the job done. I recommend also purchasing a set of refill blades or a blade sharpener.
Huge time saver!
I purchased this as a "starter" kit before starting a quilting project. It made cutting my quilt pieces much faster (and more accurate!) than cutting them with scissors. Make sure you also get a good ruler to use with this set. Highly recommended!
Great product!
I ordered this and it came yesterday. I'm very pleased with it and the value is great since there are two sizes of cutters. It could do with some instructions but for the price I can't complain and it's not too hard to figure out.
