Rated 1 out of 5 by from Short-lived I love the pattern this blade creates, but it dulls very quickly and is over-priced for the length of time it lasts. You cannot use it with a regular plastic rotary cutting ruler, so beware of that aspect as well. I don't know exactly how many times the blade will cut before it dulls, but I do know it doesn't last nearly as long as a straight blade. Definitely not worth the high price.

This blade doesn't work all that well with a standard rotary cutting ruler, especially when cutting through thin fabrics, or through only one or two layers of thicker fabric. When I cut through two layers of fleece, it was very difficult to keep the blade from hitting against the plastic ruler. Everytime it grinds against the ruler, it creates a dull spot. I solved this problem by using a piece of aluminum as a guide.
