  3. For passport pocket, cut two 4-3/4"Lx5"W pieces of Contrast C fabric.
  4. For additional passport pocket, cut one piece of 3"LX 4"W clear plastic vinyl.
  5. For cardholder, cut two pieces of Contrast C fabric 6"L X 3-1/2" W and one piece of clear plastic vinyl 5"Lx 2-1/2"W.
  6. For right divider, cut two pieces of Contrast B fabric and one piece of interfacing 11"Lx5"W.
  7. For Post-it note pocket, cut two pieces of Contrast D fabric 3-1/2"Lx4-1/2"W.
  8. For button loop, cut one piece of Contrast D fabric 4"Lx 1"W.
  9. Fuse Interfacing to both front and back cover, left flap divider and right flap divider following manufacturer's instructions. Set aside.
  10. With right sides together and keeping a 1/2" seam allowance, sew passport pocket pieces (Contrast C fabric). Leave a 2" opening at top edge of pocket. Trim corners. Turn right side out and press. Edge stitch top opening closed only.
  11. With right sides together and keeping a 1/2" seam allowance, stitch cardholder pocket pieces (Contrast C fabric). Leave a 1-1/2" opening at top edge of pocket. Trim corners. Turn right side out and press.
  12. Place additional vinyl passport pocket (3"Lx 4"W) on top of finished passport pocket making sure bottom and side edges are even. Center pockets on left divider 3/4" up from bottom raw edge.
  13. Edge stitch both pockets onto left divider at sides and bottom.
  14. With right sides together and keeping a 1/2" seam allowance, stitch left divider pieces. Leave a small opening on curved edge below curve. Trim corners and clip curve. Turn right side out and press divider on backside, being careful not to melt vinyl.
  15. Edge stitch curved edge (inside edge) on left divider.
  16. Place additional vinyl cardholder pocket (5"Lx 2-1/2"W) on top of finished cardholder pocket. Place both cardholder pockets on interfaced right divider (11"Lx 5"W) 3/4" up from bottom raw edge and 3/4" from right raw edge.
  17. Edge stitch both cardholder pockets onto right divider at top, right side and bottom, leaving the left edge of cardholder pocket open. This will be the pocket opening.
  18. Mark the center of the cardholder pocket (2-1/2" up from bottom edge of pocket). Stitch a straight horizontal line to create pocket divider.
  19. With right sides together and keeping a 1/2" seam allowance, stitch post-it pocket (Contrast D fabric). Leave a 2" opening at top edge. Trim corners. Turn right side out and press. Edge stitch top of pocket and opening only.
  20. Center Post-it note pocket on right divider 2" down from raw edge at top. Post-it pocket should be spaced approximately 5/8" above the cardholder pocket. Edge stitch post-it pocket in place leaving the top open.
  21. With right sides together and keeping a 1/2" seam allowance, stitch the right divider pieces. Leave a 4" opening at inside edge. Trim corners. Turn right side out and press divider on backside careful not to melt vinyl.
  22. Edge stitch the left side (inside edge) of right divider.
  23. To create pen holder, cut 1-1/4" piece of elastic. Fold in half and place on front and back lining 5-1/2" from left raw edge and 3-3/4" down from top raw edge. This should fall in the centerfold of your passport case. Stitch close to elastic raw edge. Backstitch at top and bottom edges. Trim elastic if necessary.
  24. To create button loop, fold 1"x4" piece of fabric in half lengthwise (when folded in half, width should be 1/2"). Press. Open and fold long edges in to meet at the center crease. Press again. Fold in half lengthwise again so that long folded edges are even. Press and stitch along 4" long edge.
  25. Fold loop in half so that raw edges are even and loop ends are together. Center loop and pin loop to right side of front and back lining so that raw edges are even. Baste. The loop should be centered on the right side of your passport case when open.
  26. With right sides together and keeping 1/2" seam allowance, stitch front and back cover and lining. Leave an opening. Trim corners. Turn right side out and press.
  27. Once front and back cover and lining are sewn together, place and pin the left and right dividers on the inside of your passport case making sure all edges are even.
  28. Edge stitch around all outside edges, catching both dividers and button loop.
  29. Follow manufacturer's instructions on covered button kit to cover button; hand sew in place.
