Just what I needed!
I tried the suggestion that someone wrote here back in 2004 to use a computer mousepad. Great idea, but it didn't work, actually it was useless. I've tried many suggestions I've seen on the internet and all were failures. I finally decided to buy an item that was designed to hold a sewing machine foot pedal in place. I am tickled pink that this really does hold that wandering pedal in place and no more playing 'hide & seek' with my foot and the wayward pedal. I should have bought this years ago.
Another Very Good Item!
Well built item, kinda reminds me of the same construction as a quality made car floor mat. Works on several types of flooring and I know where my pedal is at all times! Worth it just for that!

I bought this product a year ago and I absolutely love it. It keeps my sewing machine pedal steady, especially since I don't have carpet in my sewing room.
Don't buy.............
Buy a cheap mousepad and use that instead, this is a HUGE waste of money.
