The Pellon 50/50 Bamboo/Cotton Batting with Scrim is needle punched with a fine scrim to prevent stretching while quilting. This lightweight batting offers a beautiful, natural drape. Ideal for machine or hand quilt up to 10 inches apart, it comes in a 90-inch x 6-yard roll. It is made from 50% bamboo viscose and 50% cotton.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My New Favorite This has become my new favorite batting - previously warm and natural cotton - because it stays soft after quilting. where the cotton has a stiffer hand, this batting is soft and cuddly even when closely quilted. It's lightweight and doesn't shrink quite as much as the cotton, though it does shrink slightly. Very easy to use and quilts beautifully!

The second time I bought this there was a noticeable difference in the thickness, the second roll was thinner to the point that I could not combine the two in one quilt. I am hesitant to buy again because it is not consistant.
