Made of natural cotton, the Pellon Wrap-N-Zap By the Bolt Batting is a microwave safe product. It is perfect for use in projects like insulated potato bags, casserole warmers and more. When used in the microwave, it will trap the moisture inside to produce a perfect baked potato or a well steamed ear of corn. This cotton batting can also be used for warming rolls and tortillas.

When I soaked it in hot water, per instructions, I was horrified and furious to find that it disintegrated. I am now out *chunk of money*. The smaller packages of this product have always been top notch and never fell apart.

That is, if you’ve got a lot of things to make w/ it… I’m making oven mitts and cozies to be sold at Quilt Guild show. Good quality, doesn’t shed or pull apart. Nice thickness. Easy to sew.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wrap and Zap by the Bolt Not happy with my order of 2 bolts of wrap and zap. 1st one I open started off good then it got very thin where I can't even use it. Big spots very thin and some very thick. 2nd bolt the same way. Taking back to store for refund. Going to try one more time to see if Pellon can get it right. Since I cut the first bolt can't get refund
