  1. In advance: Prepare 2-1/2" and 3" globes (steps 2-5).
  2. Fill top opening on one 3" globe with fondant for top of cake.
  3. Tint 24 oz. fondant yellow. Roll out 1/8" thick.
  4. For five 3" globes, cut 3-1/2"x7" rectangles of fondant. Brush globes with piping gel and cover with fondant; smooth with fingers.
  5. For four 2-1/2" globes, cut 2-1/2"x5" rectangles of fondant; cover and smooth as above. Let dry.
  6. Prepare 2-layer cakes for globe pillar construction.
  7. Prepare cakes for rolled fondant by icing lightly with buttercream.
  8. Tint 18 oz. fondant rose, 36 oz. green; cover cakes and smooth with Fondant Smoother.
  9. Tint portions of each fondant color a darker shade for polka dots; roll out to 1/16" thick.
  10. Using smallest round Cut-Out, cut polka dots; attach to cakes with damp brush.
  11. Roll out remaining yellow fondant to 1/8" thick.
  12. Using medium round Cut-Out, cut faces. attach to cake with damp brush.
  13. Draw facial features with black FoodWriter.
  14. Assemble cakes on globe pillars and base set following package directions. Serves 40.
