misled again
Joann.com has a lot of misleading descriptions. I have purchased a variety of items based on a picture shown, or description given only to find out that it wasn't anything like what was shown (or described). I have rec'd emails from Customer Service stating they would fix the errors, but so far have not. It gets frustrating, buying online shouldn't be this difficult!

I am happy with these. There is an error with the photo, but if you get the ones with the gold trim they do not have the wrap around spine.

I too received the album without any decorative border. While the album was otherwise what I wanted I rated this a 3 since it wasn't what was pictured. I went out and purchased some ribbon to add to the front to make it more decorative.

This item was pictured as having a gold trim border, however it is a plan boring purple album! Nothing fancy! I cannot believe that Joann.com misrepresented what they were selling!

i have 3 of these!
I have the seabreeze blue, gold and rich bordeaux and love them! The colors are amazing!
