I have used over 12 rolls of this Poly Fil Heavy Weight Batting so far this year to make twin quilts for humanitarian projects. The bonding on both sides create a more compact quilt with the same 8 oz warmth.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not 8 oz I received this item today and it is definitely NOT 8 oz. batting. I use thousands of yards of batting a year and this item is substandard and not 8 oz. It was also squeezed into a very small box, wrinkled beyond all use. Return shipping is a nightmare with Joann.com, especially since I cannot get it back in the too small box it was sent in. I do NOT recommend this product.
