This fabric has the look of textured silk, but has easy polyester care! Makes a lovely blouse, dress or skirt. Can be used alone, or line for warmth and body.
I just wanted to point out the thumbnail for the rose color is very misleading. It is much, much lighter- more of an icy rose. In fact, it is very close to what the other pink is shown to be.
Used fabric to make a "medieval" costume for a dinner, came out great - except that I couldn't get the greens, slate blue and grays I needed so I had to choose "non-historical" colors; the site has fewer colors than the store has! Great to sew on - I just wish you had the color selection you used to have available.
This fabric has a shiny side and then a side that looks like dupioni silk. It is washable, and comes out of the dryer (on low) without wrinkles. In the Joann store, this fabric is also called Saxaphone.
