I make 45" square hooded baby towels
I use a lot of white terrycloth for baby gifts. This is the nicest quality terry that I have EVER gotten from Joann's! Hooray!

good for batting
I bought this cotton terry to use as batting in pot holders, microwave cozies and place mats. It works well for that. The fact that it is woven means you have a lot of freedom in quilting. The fact that is all cotton means it can go in the microwave safely.

Surprisingly soft!
Don’t know why I thought this fabric might not be soft, but it is! I’m testing fabrics to make cotton face pads and this absorbent fabric far exceeded my expectations! I can’t wait to try other colors (I got the white, and it is a true white)

Terry Cloth Used for Shower Wrap
The Terry cloth fabric is nice, it has a low pile but use a size 16 needle and it decreases snagging and thread breaking while sewing. Ireally enjoyed using the Terry cloth along with cotton mud cloth to make man's shower wrap. In store at Seven Corners, Virginia and Greenbelt, MD have limited supply of Terry cloth and only 4 colors available, so you may get up to 11 colors.
