Love It!
I have an original expression that is about 6 years old. It still works but I wanted to see if the E2 performed any better. It works great, I am able to cut Bazzill cardstock without any issues now. I highly recommend the E2.
Junk
I purchased this machine to make my scrapbooking easier and to use for my daughters class projects, what a joke!!!! I paid over $300.00 for a piece of junk. I attempted to use it again this past weekend for a Mother's day project and used the vinyl, the machine jams and does not cut all the way thru. I have called the help desk and asked for assistance at the store but no luck, very rude!!! If I could go back and redo this purchase I would NOT recommend anyone purchase this machine. A total waste of money.
Glad I bought it!
I bought this machine, thinking I would use it with the Cricut Craft room. I love my Cricut Expression, and it still works great more than 5 years later. I just wanted an updated machine, and thought I could stop wasting paper. I was disappointed at first, I can't find the wireless adaptor in stock anywhere. But, I did find a Gypsy and the two are magic together! I love that it has slots for the paper to feed into, making it easier to line the paper and load it with one touch of the button. It is a little complicated. It's a learning curve to know the new icons, but even my 13 year old daughter figured it out.
Great
I got this product recently and love it, it cuts well and you can link old cartridges to your machine so you don't have to pop them in everytime you use it, and although a tad complicated at first after a few uses you will understand it and be able to let your imagination create.
Cricut Products
I have the Cricut Imagine, my husband bought it as a Christmas gift. The day I opened it to use it, I had problems. Called the company said the mother board was bad so I packed it up and sent it back. Three Months later received a new one, I only use it a handful of times, however it shuts off in the middle of a project. I have called the customer help line, that is a joke!! They logged each time I called which is everytime I have used it. Now they will give me only a $30.00 credit from a $500.00 machine!!!
Disappointed
I'm glad to see others reviews of this machine because I thought it was just something I was doing wrong. It was a colossol waste of money I can't afford, and I will never shop there again either. So disappointing for a store with JoAnn's reputation.

Screen Freezes on 2nd Attempt
I purchased the Expression 2 yesterday at 530pm. It worked fine the first cut. The next day I started to use it first thing in the morning and the screen freezes every time! I took packed it up and took it back to JoAnn's. THEY WILL NOT REFUND OR REPLACE THE MACHINE! They have the worst customer service ever. The manager had the nerve to tell me that I must be doing something wrong but he has no idea how to use the machine! I will never shop at JoAnn's again!!!
