Sew easy to use
I couldn't resist the pun. I carry this in my purse all the time. It is so easy to figure out how much fabric I need for my quilts. Now I don't over buy the amount of fabric I need which means I can spend that money on the next quilt.
MY FAVORITE CALCULATOR
WHEN I DO USE THIS CALCULATOR IT REALLY IS A LOT OF FUN AND MAKES MEASURING A LOT EASIER. IT TAKES TIME TO LEARN. BUT THEY GIVE YOU 2 INSTRUCTION BOOKS. ONE FITS IN THE BACK OF THE CALCULATOR.
Very Useful
When I first looked at the direction I was alittle confused. But after using it a few times I was very impressed with the results. No more time spent using a calculator and keeping track of everything on a piece of paper. I can take this with me to the store and get the fabric I need as all the measurements are stored in this calculator.
All Quilter's Need This!
According to a previous review, a simple math calculator will do. NOT SO! They do not own this gem!!! In one easy step, you can figure out exactly how much yardage, by sashing, blocks, borders,corner blocks, binding, just by telling it one time what the size of your quilt is and by pushing one buttom. You can't do that on a simple calculator. This is well worth the price!!

As a new quilter, this item is fabulous. Many times I have miscalculated, and purchased too much or too little. With this item, that problem has not occurred since I purchased it. It is really great, and I think all quilters should have it.
