Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores, operating in 49 states, is the nation's largest specialty retailer of fabrics and one of the largest specialty retailers of crafts. Founded as a single retail store in 1943, Jo-Ann now has more than 800 stores serving approximately 76% of U.S. households in their pursuit of apparel and craft sewing, crafting, home decorating and other creative endeavors.

Store Sizes

Large-medium markets: 10,000 - 25,000 square feet
Small markets: Preferred store size dependent on sales expectations.

These sizes and dimensions are flexible. Jo-Ann takes great pride in working with landlords to achieve creative solutions. Jo-Ann will look at Turnkey, Shell + Allowance and As-Is Allowance deal structures. Design intent drawings are available upon request.
