Rose-Topped Mini Fluted Cakes

1. Make mini fluted cakes. Prepare batter following recipe directions. Bake and allow to cool completely.
2. Decorate mini fluted cakes. Melt white Candy Melts candy according to package directions. Place mini fluted cakes on cooling grid position over parchment paper. Use melted white candy and cut disposable decorating bag to pour over top of mini fluted cake. Allow to cool in refrigerator. Top with rose icing decoration.
